Terms of service
Last updated 28 August 2026
MeridiArc is a research tool operated by Athene Holdings OÜ. These terms say what the service is, what it is not, and what each side owes the other.
Who operates the service
MeridiArc is operated by Athene Holdings OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 14493325, at Tartu 50706, Estonia. MeridiArc is the trading name under which Athene Holdings OÜ provides this service, so the name on your card statement and the name on this page belong to the same company. Written questions go to support@meridiarc.com.
These terms govern your use of meridiarc.com and the MeridiArc application. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.
What the service is
MeridiArc is a charting and research tool. It decomposes the price history of an instrument into cycles, ranks those cycles by measured stability, and continues the ones you select forward as a projection drawn on the same line as the history.
Projections are estimates produced by a statistical method. They carry a stated uncertainty and they are wrong some of the time. The service does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to a broker.
Not investment advice
This clause is repeated in plain sight rather than buried, because it is the clause that matters most.
Nothing in the service is a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Cycle projections carry stated uncertainty, past behaviour does not determine future prices, and you are responsible for your own decisions. You may lose money.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract in your country of residence. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
Subscription, trial and billing
The subscription is one plan, offered monthly or annually. A payment card is required to begin the seven-day trial. No charge is made during the trial. On the eighth day the first payment is taken automatically unless you have cancelled before then, and the subscription renews at the end of each paid period until cancelled.
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe. Athene Holdings OÜ does not receive or store your card number.
Athene Holdings OÜ is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price and invoices carry no VAT amount. Should that change, the price is restated before it takes effect.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Refund handling is stated here: [REFUND POLICY TO CONFIRM].
Acceptable use
Do not resell, redistribute or scrape the service or its output, do not attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits, and do not present MeridiArc output to others as advice or as a signal service.
Third-party data
Market prices and macroeconomic series come from third-party providers and are passed through as they are received. They can be delayed, revised or unavailable, and the service marks a layer unavailable rather than substituting a guess.
No warranty is given as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data.
Intellectual property
The service, its interface, its indicator implementations and its documentation belong to Athene Holdings OÜ. Charts you export are yours to use. The underlying software and method are not licensed to you beyond ordinary use of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Estonian law permits, liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Trading losses are excluded. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are notified by email to the address on your account in advance of the date they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are heard by the courts of Estonia. Consumers in the European Union keep the protections of their own country's mandatory law and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
