Seven days, stated plainly
What starts it
A payment card is required to begin. No charge is made during the seven days, and the card is held by Stripe rather than by MeridiArc.
What ends it
On the eighth day the first payment is taken automatically unless you cancelled before then. A reminder is sent before that happens.
How to stop
Cancel from your account page at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Billing, in detail
How is VAT handled?
No VAT is added. Athene Holdings OÜ is not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price charged and invoices carry no VAT amount. If that changes, the price shown here changes with it and you are told before your next renewal.
Which currency am I charged in?
Euro. Your bank may convert from its own currency and may add a fee of its own.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe issues one for every payment and emails it to the address on the account. Past invoices are in your account page.
Can I move between monthly and annual?
Yes, from the account page. The change takes effect at the next renewal and the remaining time on the current period is not lost.
What is the refund policy?
